Capabilities
Our primary service is CNC machining aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper & plastic parts. We are cost competitive on prototype through production quantities. Other services we offer include prototype machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly and mechanical design. 26 CNC Machines and 2 shifts allow us to deliver on short lead times.
5 Axis CNC Machining
• Horizontal and Vertical CNC Machining
• 4 and 5 Axis Machining
• 3 Axis Milling
• Palletized Horizontal CNC Machining
The benefits of using five-axis machining is the ability to produce very complex parts with multiple machining requirements in a single set-up. Additionally 5 axis machining reduces the machinist setup time, increases production rates, and significantly reduces the possibility of set up errors. 5 axis high speed and high-efficiency machining results in faster deliveries and lower costs.
2 to 8 Axis CNC Turning
With current technology applied to small or production quantities CNC Lathes provide you cost-effective and high quality results. Our 12 CNC Lathes vary in size and enable us to manufacture turnings from .090″ to 18″ diameter.
Swiss Turning
Swiss turning machines are designed to turn precise, small, and complex parts. Swiss-type turning centers allow the part to move on the Z axis while the tool remains stationary. Swiss-type turning capabilities allow for consistently tight tolerances and the reduction of secondary operations to complete the part. Our current capabilities for our multi axis Swiss-type CNC lathes include holding tolerances and turning diameters of 1-1/4″.
Prototype Machining
We work closely with our customers, designers, and engineers to turn a concept into a working product. We are constantly looking for faster more efficient methods to manufacture parts cost effectively and on time. We work with most materials from Teflon® to Titanium.
